Emilio Sciacca is one of the newcomers on Etna focusing on natural wines. He bought the property 2015 and had the first wines on the market 2018. They are still building the property but tastings has started. This day was very windy so the image is bit unstable, but anyways welcome to a short wine tour by the northern slopes of Etna.
