Taste: Slightly fruity with notes of almond, tomato, hints of artichoke and slightly spicy.
Produced in an old-fashioned traditional Sicilian style. Made by an organic specialist blending Biancolilla, with its light, fruity characteristics, and Nocellara del Belice, with intense and spicy flavours to create the perfect balance of taste and quality. The Biancolilla olive cultivar is one of the oldest in use in western Sicily, produces an oval fruit with a pistachio green colour, and used exclusively for the production of extra virgin olive oil and has a refined taste.
Harvested by hand. Olive oil is dependent on weather conditions and quantity varies significantly from year to year. Rich in vitamins, antioxidants and polyphenols.
