Tasting: Nice texture with light silky tannins on the tongue. Aftertaste of berries and hint of salt. Can be consumed directly.
Technical: Harvest made end of August by hand. Traditional maceration with skins. Refinement in steel tanks. The winery and production process is natural due to the wine yards location.
Winery: The wine yard is family owned and located in front of the famous salt uptakes in Marsala, which is also a natural reserve, 50 m.a.s.l. The soil is of clay and sand. Grapes mature under the strong Sicilian sun, sea winds, both salt and sweet water.
