Locanda Don Serafino is a special Michelin restaurant carved in the mountainside of Ragusa Ibla in south Sicily. Here you can enjoy a menu based experience or a tasting menu which I highly recommend. Please reserve a table in advance due to high request and also try to make room to visit the very special wine cellar, which is quite unique in Sicily hand collected by head sommelier.
